I make yogurt lots of time but it usually goes into my mouth, which is good too, but never thought about applying it on the face. Now, I know and won't have to spend so much on facial mask from a beauty salon. Mind you, just a simple or normal facial can cost up to hundreds of Ringgits.

I took lots of yogurt during pregnancy, my two children got very good complexion and no history of nappy rash or heat rash.
I love to add cut fruits in my yogurt take in the morning half hour after my lemon or lime juice. I love to use as face mask too, cheap and good ya!
Facial can be very expensive, to sign up the course already cost few thousand ringgit. Usually I drag one and half or two month once. After all we do clean and put mask regularly so no need to go so often.

ReplyDeletethanks for dropping by. Glad that you are taking yogurt too. I too take it with fruits as the sourness can be a little overpowering. I know of someone who has acute gastric. Someone recommended yogurt to him and you know what, he was cured instantly! Amazing! If he was not my friend, I would not believe. So yes, looks like yogurt is also good to clear the colon.
Now I will also use it as mask. No frequent visit to salon for facials anymore, save the money for other things...LOL
